Inconsistent behaviour selecting dates.
Changing dates to check availability and prices is difficult and inconsistent. I'd do it and it'd often either say there was no availability on those dates - yet if I went back and selected those...

We value our customers feed back very much and take every comment on board to help towards our progression in the future.
I am sorry to see you were experiencing problems online, this is certainly not what we would like our customers to experience. We work very closely with our dev team who look into things like this, so I have passed this on to them to have a look into see what this was happening as it wasn't supposed to be.
We work on a live booking system so our pricing and availability changes on the popularity of the bookings. So I am sorry if the price did go up whilst you were booking.

Unable to pay online, kept erroring so had to ring instead and then charged per minute for the long call.

I am sorry to hear you were experiencing problems online whilst trying to make a booking, this is certainly not the experience we would like our customers to have. We work very closely with our dev team to make sure that our system flows well and that our customers do not have any troubles whilst trying to make a booking. So I have informed them of this.

booked onine and on phone very good service but expensive to call
