Fake agent and fake booking!

I booked 5 night at Albatros Aqua Park in Hurghada from 28th July 2018. I did not find the booking at all. The receptionists said we never heard about this agent before. I tried hard to persuade them...

Dynastic hotel(poor)

Stayed 2 nights, had a superior room on 9th floor, room felt cold as it gets no sun, room was a good size with fridge, kettle but no cups or tea/coffee, had to take cups from the restaurant. Bed OK...
