Our lights were bought from Christmas Direct over 8 years ago. Needed a new adapter but couldn't see the old type online, emailed customer service they replied and sorted within a couple of hours....

Ce a spus Peter despre XmasDirect:
Prompt delivery, product works well & as expected. The only slight criticism is that the connecting cable is too short meaning that I have has=d to splice another cable into the line.

We're sorry to hear you found the lead too short, the lead from the power cord to first set of lights is 2m for our Pro Series Icicle lights as stated on the website. We do offer blank extension leads if this is too short.
