We have looked into this and cannot see any correspondance from you with regards to delivery, so I assume you mean with the couriers here. Unfortunately we only deliver to the address you provide on your order. If you need it delivered to another address then please contact us via email or call us and we can look into this for you. With regards to the shoe, we can see you have been in contact with a member of our staff and we have happily accepted the shoes for a refund and are sorry to hear you are unhappy. As a good will gesture I can see we have also offered you a discount of a future pair. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.

The system outdated and must be improved ASAP because it doesn't display the sole of each shoe at all and the country of orign for manufacturing must be listed in each item instead of just brief...

Thank you for your feedback. We will look into possibly adding some of this information for the future. We are surprised to hear your feedback with regards to the patent as we use the best quality Italian leather suitable for kids shoes. If we were to make this more flimsy then it would be prone to a lot more wear and tear which is not great for school shoes worm most days of the year and we hope to make these both as durable and comfortable at the same time.
