Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to hear that our annual shutdown has inconvenienced you. We did endeavor to notify all our customers who had supplied email addresses prior to the shutdown with a series of emails being sent out during July to forewarn everyone. We are a small family business and have the one shutdown each year for our annual holiday. We did not publish our closure on our website as the premises were unattended during this time. Your order confirmation would have stated that telephone calls were being answered during the shutdown and you could cancel your order if you wished. Please note that personalized items do take longer to produce than our standard products and you should usually allow 3-5 working days when ordering. Your order was placed on Sunday, 12th August and was dispatched within 6 working days.
