We received this order on Saturday January 26th, and we shipped it on Monday 28th January. It is now exactly 3 weeks later, and I am sorry that your package has not arrived yet.
Royal Mail quote 5 - 7 working days for Air Mail to the US, but unfortunately this does not include customs. The US Customs and the Department of Homeland Security scan all packages sent to the US very carefully, especially since the printer cartridge sent from the Yemen a few years ago, which turned out to contain explosive. Luckily it did not explode. But the consequence can be up to 3 weeks delay in customs.
I do think your package will arrive soon. Hopefully by the end of this week.
