We mailed your order very promptly - within 24 hours of receiving your order. Naturally we are all dependent on the postal services to get your package to you. You chose the Air Mail option, so unfortunately there is no tracking number. The postal services to Holland are normally good, but sometimes it can take 3 or 4 weeks for a package to arrive. We do not understand why this is so. We cannot report a package as being missing to the Royal Mail here in the UK until 1 month has passed.
Despite this, we have sent a replacement package yesterday. This was sent by the International Signed For service, and you will already have received a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery.
