Thank your for your feedback.Our normal driver tried to deliver earlier in the day, but there was no answer. As we were passing later in the evening, we thought it would be convenient for you, if we dropped off, rather than having the parcel go to the depot in Leeds.We usually use DPD (£6.95 + VAT) or Royal Mail (£3.95 + VAT) however, we don’t have the capacity to deliver every order by hand, free of charge, although we would like to. There is always the option of free delivery to school, or for new starters, the teachers will deliver to your house during the home visit. I know it is frustrating when we are so close, but there are hundreds of families at Lindley schools, and we would never get round them all!.
