Communication not great. On the day of delivery it would have been nice to have a morning or afternoon indicated so I wasn't tied to my house all day!

Thank you for your feedback, but we are sorry to hear of this issue with damage. Firstly, regarding the all day delivery service, we offer a Standard Free Delivery Service to the UK Mainland. This Free Delivery Service is usually an all day delivery service, where you can pick the best date for delivery. You do, however, have the option of choosing a timed delivery service, where you would have been given a time slot for delivery, and also a call 30 minutes prior to delivery, should this option have been better for you. Regarding the damaged product, we take great care in the delivery process of all orders, and we are sorry to hear that there was damage to the product. If we are informed of the matter, we will be able to help resolve any issues. We can't do this if we are not notified of the damage. We are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused with your order.

I placed my order over the phone and the staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to arrange delivery on the day I requested without any fuss or extra cost . Clever Clicker was the cheapest...
