Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I believe that the installer did arrive on the 15th a little after 5.00 pm and that the replacement mirror has been fitted. The Mirror was sent to you separately. I understand that the mirror that was originally supplied was not the one you ordered and that this was discovered to be the case by Dean. Very occasionally incorrect or damaged goods are sent out which of course is not ideal, this is why we ask our customers in both our General and Installer terms and conditions to check the goods on receipt and to report this to us so that we can quickly remedy the situation and to avoid unnecessary journeys by the installers. On discovering the incorrect mirror Dean said that he would return to fit the correct mirror at no extra cost. I apologise profusely for the fact that you had to call Dean on the 8th July and that the on the 15th the installation occurred later than scheduled, I understand that the hot weather had slowed the pace of work down. This has highlighted that if our installers are running behind time, that we must ensure that they should inform later appointments in a much more timely fashion and definitely inform customers if they cannot attend at all.
