Cum sunt colectate evaluările Feefo?

Colectăm în mod independent feedback în numele întreprinderilor care lucrează cu noi. Platforma noastră ajunge doar la cumpărători verificați, astfel încât poți fi sigur că citești evaluări de la clienți reali.

Cine poate lăsa o evaluare Feefo?

Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.
