Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Would have preferred to be able to choose the colours rather than be sent whatever you had available

Unfortunately there are only the A5 week to view diaries that you are able to specify what colour you require as each colour has a separate item number.
