Hi Dean, thanks for drawing our attention to this. This is quite unusual! Brand new blades should not have this issue. We suspect that we may need to check further on the installation of the blades. No worries, we do have a 12-month warranty on all our blades. We will sort this out ASAP. I've emailed you directly to offer further assistance, as well as express post replacements if needed.
