I was meant to have a refund for the delivery but never had it. Called was promised but never received anything

Never checked in on the subsquent engineers visits once they knew the first one had gone badly wrong. After three engineer visits and a product still not fully installed I've given up with them.

Aero, the installers, confirmed that they were unable to complete your installation of the charger you bought as it needed an extra unit to balance the load and ensure a safe installation, which they discussed with you and us. We have processed an order for this extra unit at no extra cost to yourself, and are just awaiting it to be shipped to you, before Aero can call you back to book a date to complete the installation. We do apologise for the delay this has taken, which can happen when an installation is not classed as 'standard.' Please bear with us whilst this unit is provided and Aero complete the installation. Despite continued efforts I can’t even get updates on what’s actually happening and, most importantly, when the installation will be actually done. It’s now nearly two months since I purchased and paid in full for the equipment and its installation, and all I’ve got is a few boxes not connected to anything. The worst of all is the complete lack of communication. I just don’t understand how hard can it be to keep your customers informed of what’s going on, not even replying to direct emails. Not impressed.
