Regarding the Damage Waiver offered on the day by the supplier at the venue, this is offered to all customers so as to give peace of mind that, in the unlikely event of the vehicle(s) sustaining any damage on the day, you would not be liable for its costs of repairs, but you are not under obligation to take this.
We will pass on your feedback to the supplier at the venue to investigate with them for their comments, and will update our reply further in due course.

They do recognise that this can impact a customer's perception of the experience, particularly where multiple driving activities have been booked. They have also said that they will review your feedback regarding this and also your dissatisfactionwith vehicle conditions and the waiver and demo fees withtheir event management team to identify any opportunities to improve customer communication, queue management and the overall guest experience at future events.

In situations where safety may be compromised, instructors may need to react quickly and speak more directly to regain control of the situation. While this can sometimes come across as abrupt or stressed, it is typically a response to ensure immediate safety, and although this is not an excuse for the lack of manners you experienced, it was likely the reason for the instructor’s tone in that moment.
Our supplier has also advised us that they expect their instructors to remain professional and supportive at all times, particularly as many of their customers are driving these types of vehicles for the first time. Your feedback will be shared with their operations team for internal review.

Regarding the condition of the vehicles you drove, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues.
Furthermore, our suppliers will wash their vehicles every morning and every evening. That said, with the number of customers getting in and out of each vehicle (especially if the weather isn’t the best as it was when you attended) the vehicles will inevitably get dirty, and with how busy they are on event days, it is not possible to clean them between each driver and still have the day run smoothly due to schedules needing to be met in time.
That said, we will speak to the supplier at the venue regarding the fact you only drove in one of your cars on this experience and will update with their comments in due course.

Furthermore, they have advised us that they are now conducting their own internal investigations on the cars you experienced mechanical or maintenance issues with, and these will be promptly addressed and actioned. Instructors will also be reminded to provide clear explanations on car operation while balancing safety with enjoyment, as they aim for customers to fully experience the performance of each vehicle.
They also recognise that media and photography packages can be a significant part of the experience for some customers, but that your feedback will help ensure the options offered are clearly explained and provide good value.
