You are correct when you say the Tournavel is not a luxury property. We award it a rating of "3 chalets plus", and describe it as cosy, characterful and snug. We believe this, along with the various photos on our website, represent the chalet accurately. As for your room, this was room 5, which is described on the website as a double or twin, to which a single bed can be added. We provide a photo of the room and a floorplan on the website. Again, you are correct when you say that there are no spa facilities but in fairness to ourselves, these are not advertised as being available.
