The booking was complicated , as you could imagine after several previous visits, but it was handled very well by Lucy who was in contact with the hotel several times to get the room we wanted.

The booking was very easy with all the necessary information being provided. A change in the admin system meant that the date to send the boarding pass, etc, information was missed but everything was...
As described in previous feedback, the service has to be measured against the things that did not go right and blaming a new, untested system is not a good, confidence assuring experience.

Hello there Peter, I'm very glad you enjoyed your time at the hotel as usual, however, I am sorry to hear the lead up to your holiday wasn't as smooth as we would have liked, given the systemic 'teething' issues that occurred. Very happy with the service except for the lack of help from the pool attendant. Evening entertainment would be improved by some dancing.
