We're pleased to hear the hotel was clean and inviting and that your stay was enjoyable overall. I'm sure the steak was not typical of the hotel restaurant's catering, although one of the benefits we mention about the hotel's location is that it is well-placed for exploring other dining options. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the exceptionally high temperatures during your stay impacted your experience. Our description specifies that air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms, and while there is air conditioning in parts of the hotel, the open-plan design of some public areas means they can feel much warmer during periods of extreme heat. We have also checked with both our local representative and the hotel, who have confirmed that the cold buffet is served in an air-conditioned area with food kept refrigerated or displayed on ice. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review our hotel description to ensure the air conditioning arrangements in the public areas are as clear as possible.
