Missing delivery
Not yet received. I had a notification that it was to be delivered Friday. Now it’s showing delayed, but no sign of it.

I understand how poor ratings can impact a supplier, but it’s important for you to understand how the choice of a poor courier can impact the customer experience. I’m still waiting for the delivery over 2 weeks after my original order.

Great product. Good customer service, but really need to change their courier. Product took 16 days to arrive and a lot of chasing. Painful.

Things went well
Things went well. The box the box came in was a little on the large side. The box only gave me 2 bowls-worth, so this would be a more occasional treat. Very nice granola, though.

Thanks for the review, we're glad you enjoyed the granola. Our boxes are in 400g for the oat based products, and 300g for keto/paleo lines. We will pass the comments on to our warehouse regarding outer packaging boxes.

Occasionally the product can settle within the box and we apologise that on this occasion, our granola looked disappointing through the window. Would be great to receive an updated review based on the replacement we have recently sent!

Withdrew reward points without sufficient notice (some service recovery offered) and using Evri to deliver is a nightmare. Seriously thinking of not purchasing again.

Sorry you feel this way. We had negative feedback about the rewards as it was hard to use and are aiming to improve service and ease of use which was the reason for removing the service. We sent out three emails and gave 4 weeks for our points to be used up and we then extended that date by a further two weeks to give everyone opportunity to use their points but do understand that emails do not always get through or read.

Agree it was a terrible reward process but your notifications should have been clearer I remain disappointed with your service. Also you have no responded to the use of Evri delivery service. They are not a good advertisement for your brand.

Just had a look through all emails - spam, trash and inbox and can find no notification by you of withdrawing the rewards process. Can you inform me when the emails were sent and to what email address? Thank you

Disappointed
Love the granola but really disappointed with the service. It took days from putting the order in to hearing it had been shipped. Still don’t know what day it will be delivered.

We do try to manage orders proactively but if there is a delay if you can get in touch with us directly we will do everything we can do to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product promptly. Having checked tracking I can see it has not been delivered. We will get in touch privately now to get this sorted.

I tried Rollagranola for the first time while training for the London Marathon and each flavour I've tried has been delicious. I've not had to worry about feeling hungry later on if I've chosen it...
