The actual thing looks very similar to the picture and the wife is happy enough with it, there is a small nozzle protruding from its mouth that isn't obvious in the pictures ( if it's actually there)...

A nice item but at first it didn't work properly because the tube was squashed at the back. The water was only dribbling out. Once we realised the problem we could squeeze the tube back into shape...
