Haven’t received 2 photo books and no response from customer services from 3 messages and voicemails, it’s a shame because I’ve ordered a few times and live their products

I loved the Midi photobook, but the website and the app are very hard to navigate. Not user friendly. That’s why I only gave 3 ⭐️
