Good afternoon Thank you for your review. We're sorry the weather had an impact on your holiday. It is likely that this also affected the TV signal. The cottage is not advertised as having WiFi. Unfortunately BT are unable to get the service to the cottages - we did try a few years ago and it just didn't work. We have fed back to the local team about the towel rails and exterior of the cottage. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
