We love this review, we agree that the Inceptor Micro LED Downlights are in fact very 'lighty'. THey are also great quality and have been a top selling downlight for many years for us.
The product is fine, however the guarantee is useless. It requires for the light to be fitted by a part 1 accredited electrician, before you can register the light.

I have received a response from Scolmore (Luke)which suggests I had not registered the lights for the 7 year guarantee, which is incorrect, as it is impossible to register, as I discovered, unless you are a registered electrician, however, this apparently does not affect the 1 year guarantee nor one’s statutory consumer rights, which is in my opinion makes the bar to registering for the 7 year guarantee wholly illogical, costly and prejudicial.
So, if you decide to buy these lights, as a private consumer, forget the 7 year guarantee.
