All of the mattresses we sell and ship are vacuum-sealed from the manufacturers and bagged again to withstand transit - our products never come into contact with any disposal products as the packaging is only removed by the customer directly when it is in the customer's property. I can see from the delivery images that your mattress was delivered in the 2 plastic bags, therefore.
What you have experienced could not have come from your new mattress and has likely come from elsewhere.
