We have over 72 positive reviews we have so we are sorry your experience was not reflecting those. Our sincerest apologies for the delay with your delivery. As a KPI we ship all orders that are placed by 3pm on a business day by that afternoon - and have been doing so for the last 10 years. We work as extremely hard to ensure the golf balls are on their way as quickly as possible. In this instance it seems like there has been a delay in transit with Australia Post - we apologise for this slight delay and we are confident it is a once off.
