Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Overall a great summer camp which son really enjoyed. Thank you!

Grateful for the long days with flexible drop off and pick up. Be nice for all kids to get a completion certificate or something to mark the end of their week.

Wet Wednesday is a firm favourite across our Red Tops too! I'll raise your comments regarding gaining feedback on the day; it can be a little tricky with the numbers and groups potentially changing daily, but as a parent myself, I can understand the desire to know a little more, especially with how little children share at the end of the day :) Hope to see you again soon!
