I cannot really rate the service, as I did not see much of it. I simply met the agency at the property, and then drove the next day to the agency to pay the final cleaning fee.

Very helpful prior to the trip through the agency, and while we were there with Andrea. The agency was able to secure a baby crib and high chair for our niece's baby.
