However we are disappointed to learn about the issues you faced during your stay. The bell tent is equipped with a log burner and we do apologise if it didn’t provide enough warmth and felt too cold. The hot tub is wood-fired and requires regular top-ups; we understand that adding too many logs can make the water too hot. Heron’s Hide is perfect as it offers additional facilities that the bell tent does not. Your feedback has been shared with the owner, who truly appreciates your honest feedback.
