Hi ******* Very sorry to hear that you have a fitting problem with the Ben Sherman Shirt. This sounds very much like a miss-size problem to me. Ben Sherman shirt ranges are typically a little closer fitting than our other big size ranges. If you normally take 3xl and this shirt is enormous as you say, and provided it has not been worn, please return the item for exchange of refund.
