Many thanks for your valuable feedback, which we have passed on to the ship. A more detailed response will be sent to you separately by email. While we note that you were happy with certain aspects including the cabin, general facilities, lectures and itinerary, we are truly sorry to learn that your culinary experience did not meet expectations. It is disappointing to hear that the vegetarian options in particular fell short, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. Your feedback has already been passed on to the vessel's Hotel Director and Executive Chef to support ongoing training and menu refinement—particularly regarding variety, preparation standards, and the availability of non-meat proteins.
