We created a free digital academy that helps young people make more confident career choices; we operate a fair and transparent fee structure, and we use technology to dramatically improve efficiency and efficacy of hiring. We’re bootstrapped; we’ve worked through Brexit which stunted the recruitment market, and now we’re facing a Covid-induced employment crisis - BUT - we’re growing rapidly in spite of it all, proving that our version of graduate recruitment works. We invest in young people, champion their futures, and help them make confident career decisions.
