I can see that the reason for the delay was because we had been given the incorrect payment details when the claim was submitted, my colleague also tried to reach out to contact you after we initially tried to make the claim payment on the 5th.
Once you had provided us with the correct details we had replied the same day to let you know when the payment would be released again.
