After reviewing the details, we regret that we weren’t able to contribute to repair costs on this occasion as the parts involved weren’t included within the scope of your specific warranty cover with us. The repairing garage also noted that there had been a previous unsuccessful repair attempt before your cover with Centurion began - that regrettably being something that no aftermarket warranty company is able to cover.
Please know that we never take situations like this lightly. We always aim to be as supportive as we can within the boundaries of each warranty agreement, and it’s disheartening when we’re not able to offer the help a customer needs.
