I mentioned your company saying something then say another thing. You can see also I was appreciating what Josh doing so I didn’t have any intention to get into dispute with your company or taking back any money. In fact I mentioned to All Companies that I rented the Property through your company.
But when things went wrong because of your company side, I had to take action. Since it’s your company fault as you can see from Messages and Emails.

The part of Maintenance is included in Property Management. Later Joshua changed the meaning of Property Management then making it looks better handled by owner so no middle man.

Josh on WhatsApp on Thursday 2 July never told me to contact Landlord directly or work with her Maintenance. Note I offered I go to meet maintenance but even Josh didn't tell me go ahead.
So I was not informed that Allsopp will not be handling the work with Owner. So maintenance work done by Owner Company and coordinated by Allsopp on behalf of Tenant.
I also offered to chase the landlord but I was not given the go ahead to do so.
The Tenant (myself) was never informed to work with landlord and her company to get the work completed.
No Messages show that Josh was chasing Landlord to get the work done. Only Joshua texted her on Monday 9 July at 8 PM, so from 28 June or 29 June nothing was sent.

This is the Part about the Commission. Also doesn’t mention anything about commission. You would think you need to mention it written double commission for the 2 years.
I don’t even recall seeing in the advertisement on Property Finder that your company will take more than 5% of the yearly Rent. Even he said negotiate the rent but didn’t do so.
So nothing at All in Messages mentioning the Commission, as mentioned it was last minute verbally mentioned to me.

Also I was not informed that AC/Chiller is not free and I as Tenant will pay for it. So you would think this is something should have been highlighted. Also there was 2K outstanding of AC on the Apartment. I asked the Landlord to pay so I can pay the deposit and that also made a delay in the start of AC and the Moving Company had to work all day without AC.

Here the Part on email Josh confirming all things fixed and completed. Nothing were removed and the water tabs not all working I sent Photo of the bucket in MBR and the water flood in MBR Bathroom.
Apartment was not cleaned and almost nothing was done on that day. I had to send message on your company page to have a response. Still nothing was done.
On that Day Tuesday I texted Landlord on WhatsApp and had a call with her which cleared things and work started after that. So real work Started after 7th July which is the Contract Starting day. Contract was signed 28 June 2020 so there were almost 9 Days to get the work completed but that never happened.

I think after all these things, It is clear that Your company didn’t fulfil their part of written agreement. Also there where several missing vital information which cost money like AC and Commission.
Changing the meaning of Property Managed to suit the situation is also clear.
So you can keep denying what happened but the messages are clear and by Law I am entitled to post it. Tamer
