A pleasant experience
I have booked online and finished my booking by applying a loyalty discount by phone. Everything was done in a matter of minutes. Their customer support was very friendly ( Henry).

Most helpful and friendly staff
Excellent, pleasant and most helpful. The system was a bit slow in finding my previous holidays but apart from that - all was good.
