Upon the Airlines response which was rejecting our invitation to settle outside of Court proceedings due to crew sickness, we then pursued your claim by issuing Court Proceedings, this with your best interests intended to get your rightfully owed compensation.There are 2 options following an airlines denial, either to close your claim meaning you receive no compensation or to issue court proceedings in order to recover your compensation. As the leading law firm in the UK dealing with flight delays we have to take airlines to court to hold them accountable and recover the maximum amount of compensation for our clients. Following on from us issuing Court Proceeding’s, we were pleased to have settled the claim for you. Thank you for leaving a review.Whilst we make all attempts to have our client’s funds in their account as promptly as possible, we must also be protective of clients security and data interests. Our banking information request forms state that “the bank details to be supplied must relate to the person this letter is addressed to” unless the necessary authority is provided. We received the same bank details for all passengers on your claim. And, in the absence of authority, we sent cheques out in the post to avoid security breaches – as well as to have your funds with you as soon as possible. We regret that you were not happy with this but we are pleased that after extensive litigation, we managed to achieve the result that we did for you. We trust this response is satisfactory.
