Thank you for your feedback. Confirmations are sent to the campsite via a trackable email. Bookings are also held on our online portal and can be accessed by the campsite at any time. The campsite have confirmed they received your booking but didn't add it to their system as your tent was oversized. We understand they contacted you directly about this when your booking came through. Best wishes for your holiday. Pitchup.com

Really easy to use and nice layout. It also had a campsite on it that I couldn't find anywhere else to book. Lots of good information for each site.
