Sorry to hear about this. All booking confirmations are sent instantly by tracked email to the caravan park as soon as bookings are made: the park's email address is alongside yours at the top of your confirmation. Bookings are also available to view in our shared portal to which the site has access. We have contacted Quex Caravan Park to find out how this problem arose and apologise for any inconvenience.
