Pitchup are very easy to use and the website search facility is faultless. Information about the sites is comprehensive. We used them last summer for the first time and had no problems at all.

Pitchup was great, the campsite knew nothing of my booking! Not your fault but caused a little stress!

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear about this problem. We can confirm that your booking was received and processed by Pitchup.com and was also received by the campsite. Campsites and holiday parks have full access to their Pitchup.com bookings 24/7; we are in the process of investigating with this site what went wrong. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Pitchup.com We have spoken to the holiday park who have informed us that a lack of communication between their staff meant that your booking was received but the person greeting you at the park had not been informed of it. We are glad that they were able to accommodate your booking but this park has been temporarily switched off from Pitchup.com to avoid other customers experiencing the same problem.

I had a lovely stay, great site with friendly staff, shame about the yappie dog in the tent next to us, yapped all night!!!!! Like the idea of an adult only field too,'I'll deffinately be back.
