We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. Sadly, on the very rare occasion a parcel goes missing we advise our customers to contact their local sorting office or check with neighbours. Although, this is our standard response this is not 'templated' as we have to check the details, dates and service of each parcel.
We would like to thank you for pointing out that we do not include the internal sizes of the boxes and will now include this in our product description. we will also look into why the fonts were not visible to you but glad that you were pleased with how it turned out.
