Overall service is very good from AJ Bell. The website needs a little work as feels a little disjointed.

Moving my entire £1M SIPP to Interractive Investor.
- Inconsistent advice, depends who you ask
- Can't call specific teams even when an operational request is ongoing
- Misleading web site, especially when trying to take tax free lump sums from SIPP
