Hello Graham, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that your cat did not enjoy Yora. We've found that most cats love Yora, but are creatures of habit and will automatically reject new things. It's totally normal for your cats not to eat Yora at first; it can take up to 9 days for them to start eating it. We've added our top tip below to help entice your cat into eating the food. We recommend using their favourite bowl for Yora, and a new bowl for their old food; starting with 10% Yora in their old bowl and 90% of their old food in their new bowl. These amounts should then be gradually increased and decreased by 10% each day until they are fully transitioned onto Yora.
