Unfortunately the week of your exchange and completion did coincide with your negotiator, Sarah, going travelling., Whilst we tried to ensure that nothing was missed, it would appear we had a few issues with redirected emails that week. I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused and assure you that the issues were rectified.
