Thanks so much for your feedback about the garland and I’m sorry you were unhappy with our product. As explained via email when you got in touch, all our garlands arrive flat packed for shipping and you need to spend some time fluffing out the tips to create the look we’re showing online. This is our best selling garland and of course we understand it may not be to everyone’s taste which is why we give you the option of returning for a refund which we did. We, along with many businesses ask you to return the unsuitable product at your own cost and we offered numerous options for you to try to return it as cost effectively as possible. I’m sorry you didn’t like the colour and quality of the garland, please be assured we take photos ourselves of all our products but the colour you see online can vary dependent on the screen quality you’re viewing the website on.
