i ordered postage stamps for xmas and waited about 3 weeks for delivery, when i eventually phoned to see what was happening i was told the stamps were no longer in stock but no one let me know this ...

packaging was not very good.the box was all battered and torn.
I was disgusted, the point in ordering from the PO shop was to avoid going to an actual post office. My package was not put through my door by parcelforce so I had to actually visit the post office...
