If a hotel fails to confirm your reservation, our team gets in contact with them immediately to ensure the reservation was received and confirmed. We will pass on your feedback for investigation.

Had never used this service before and found it easy to make booking. Sadly had to cancel by phone, but customer service lady was very helpful and friendly.

I tried again today and the same happened, the call was disconnected twice...
