Unfortunately, we cannot answer calls outside our trading hours, but someone should have come back to you if a message was left. I will look into this to ensure that it is not repeated.
Our 0845 number is free of charge from all landlines and we don't add any costs when using this number. However some mobile operators do add a small charge, but this is not something that we benefit from. We are in the process of adding a new number for our customers to avoid any charge when using a mobile network, but you can also call any of our stores (listed on our website) for free or of course use our online chat and email.
Any damaged goods received, can be replaced or refunded provided they are signed for as damaged, or if damage is reported within 24hrs of receipt. Please contact our team on 02891 456611 and we can investigate this
