I'm very sorry to find out that your samples did not arrive. We are aware of some disruptions to Royal Mail in the UK & Ireland, due to Covid. We have posted an update about this on our website COVID information under "Samples", with a link to the Royal Mail updates. We dispatch hundreds of samples days and while 98% seem to be received without disruption we have noticed an increase lately, in severe delays to some areas.
Thank you for taking my call today. I have immediately instructed our accounts department to issue a refund on your samples. Please also accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
