I'm genuinely sorry that the courier did not deliver part of your order on time. Unfortunately, this was out of our control, and it is something that can happen to any business that uses a delivery company. Our team did spend many hours trying to resolve this for you, offering everything within our remit including replacements or a full refund so that you could purchase the beading locally.
I am saddened to see that you feel that we gave poor customer service, and extremely dissappointed that you then chose to deface our social media pages with many rude posts targetted at our customers. Members of our team were also extremely upset by the abuse that was given to them when trying to resolve your late goods issue.
While I do understand that you were not happy when part of your order was delayed and possibly lost by the courier, I personally feel that our team was excellent in trying to help, despite being subject to abusive and nasty comments.
