I ordered a dress for collection from the Whistles shop in Leeds over a week ago. I’ve not received any communication via text or email to say it’s been dispatched or it’s ready to collect.

Service was below average on this occasion as I was delivered the wrong top, which was frustrating as my size in the correct top had then sold out.
