I’m sorry for the disappointment caused by being charged two postage fees when your orders arrived together in the same parcel. I completely understand why this would be frustrating.
On this occasion, as both items were delivered in one envelope at the same time, we have issued a refund of £2.99 to cover one of the postage charges. The funds should appear back in your account shortly, depending on your payment provider.
